Eastwood Island is located at the west end of Gun Barrel City, south of Main Street. Waterfront homes for sale on Cedar Creek Lake in this neighborhood are generally priced from $200,000 to $400,000 with a small number either side of that. Many of the homes were built in the 1980s with a few more recently as lot values begin to exceed the value of the homes. Turn south on Legendary Lane (2 stops lights west of Walmart, or the first stop light coming from Seven Points), and right on Boshart.
