When we made a move from Cedar Creek Lake to another state to care for elderly parents, we made the decision to list our house with a large local real estate company. It languished on the market through three successive price reductions for over 18 months. Feeling it necessary get some candid advice on what it would take to sell our property, we interviewed five different real estate companies before making our decision to switch to Neal Mansfield and Katie Veach. He did an inspection of our property before showings and his attention to detail resulted in actions that ultimately helped sell our home.

It is difficult to live in one state and try to sell a home in another in a down market. Neal took all the worry out of that situation by keeping us informed, helping us solve problems from afar, and being an active listener as we worried about how much longer it would take to sell the property. We received an offer within 90 days of listing, and Neal advised us clearly and professionally about what terms to accept and what terms to negotiate. He represented us well when working with the buyer's agent and we closed within eight days of receiving the offer. In coordinating this quick closing he facilitated the flow of information between us, the buyer, and title companies in Florida and Texas.

We would definitely recommend Neal and Katie to anyone who is trying to sell their property.
