Neal Mansfield and Katie Veach

Neal and Katie’s roots run deep when it comes to lakefront living. Neal grew up on the lakes of Michigan and raised his own family on the water. He’ll tell you that nothing brings a family together quite like time spent playing on the water. Katie, on the other hand, was born in Dallas, grew up in Mabank, and has enjoyed taking advantage of the dynamic lifestyle of Cedar Creek Lake. This shared love of the water is one of the bonds that make Neal and Katie such a dynamic business team.

Prior to real estate, Neal excelled as a systems designer with General Motors and as a Division Vice President with EDS. During these two extensive tenures, he honed his organizational and project management skills, his exceptional commitment to customer service and his innate gift for contract development and negotiation. Judy and B.G. Pierce

Judy and B.G. have called Cedar Creek Lake home for 20 years. Both are native Texans and love the water, outdoors, hunting, traveling, and of course their dogs. Judy is a Dallas girl and spent most of her summers in the sun swimming at the pool or at the beach. B.G. is from the Texas Panhandle and has a true love for the lake since the biggest body of water in the Panhandle is usually a dried up mud puddle.

Judy began her career in Real Estate graduating from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green) in 1983 and received her Broker’s license in 1986. She is a retired commercial real estate appraiser and former broker owner of Excite Realty.com.

B.G spent 20 years in Sales involving agriculture, machine tools and semiconductor equipment. After 2003 he joined Judy in her real estate business. The Pierce’s enjoy jet skiing, fishing, and sitting on the deck watching the world go by at the lake.

Susan Waterman

Susan has called Cedar Creek Lake home for over 23 years. She grew up swimming, boating and fishing in this lake. A native Texan, Susan loves living the lake life with her family and her dog Samson.

After earning her Master's degree in Education from Texas State University (go Bobcats!) Susan began her career as an educator. Following nine successful years teaching in both public and private schools, she decided to focus on a career in real estate here at Cedar Creek Lake. Her education experiences make her a professional, highly organized and caring real estate agent. Above all else, Susan values honesty and integrity.

Tom Chapman

Tom has a passion for real estate development and sales, having developed commercial and industrial income producing properties, several game ranches in Texas and multiple successful businesses. A dedicated conservationist, rancher, hunter and fisherman who is active in several organizations providing for homeless, abused and the needy in various communities.

With education in mechanical/ aeronautical engineering, finance and insurance, Tom served as a flight test engineer at some of the largest government contractors, and held a top secret clearance while serving on various government projects. Following a transition to the private sector, Tom continued his passion for flying in single, multiengine, rotor and jet aircraft and uses aviation in his various business ventures - which include insurance, financial planning, ranching and construction.

Tom is happy to share his knowledge of resort home, ranch and commercial property acquisition in the DFW Metroplex, as well as East and Central Texas.
